The window

When a ticket isn't redeemed by the end of grace, its shares go in the window. The price starts at 110% of the appraisal and falls in a straight line to 60% over 24 hours, then waits there. Anyone can buy. The loan goes back to the till; 90% of anything above it goes back to the ticket holder.
